This module is surface mounted and comes with an integrated PCB antenna, internal voltage regulator and integrated crystal oscillator. MRF24J40MA is compatible with a range of software including ZigBee, MiWi and MiWi P2P. Not to mention, this module is compliant with a range of PIC families include PIC16F, PIC18F, PIC24F/H, dsPIC33 and PIC32.
