Product Details
The Microchip AT27C020 2Mb low-power, high-performance One Time Programmable EPROM is organized as 256-Kbit x 8. It operates on 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range. In normal read mode operation typical power consumption is only 8 mA and standby mode supply current is typically less than 10 μA. Any byte can be accessed in less than 55 ns, thus eliminating the need for speed-reducing WAIT states on high performance microprocessor systems.
