STMicroelectronics High Side Gate Driver, 2.2 A 16-Pin 28 V, PowerSSO-16

The STMicroelectronics offers a quad channel high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology and housed in PowerSSO-16 package. The device is providing protection and diagnostics. It has configurable latch-off on over temperature or power limitation with dedicated fault reset pin.
