RS PRO White High Density Polyethylene Cutting Board, 950 mm x 950mm x 20 mm

RS PRO HMW Cutting Boards with Juice Groove

• Engineered for demanding food preparation, food processing and industrial working environments, RS PRO HMW Cutting Boards with Juice Groove are manufactured from high-quality PE-HD (High Density Polyethylene) to provide an exceptionally durable, hygienic and wear-resistant working surface. The integrated perimeter juice groove helps capture liquids, debris and runoff, keeping workspaces cleaner and reducing contamination of surrounding surfaces during cutting, trimming and processing operations.

Designed to withstand repeated cutting and heavy-duty use without significant surface degradation, these boards combine excellent mechanical strength, scratch resistance and impact resistance with outstanding sliding properties for smooth handling of materials. Their low moisture absorption and physiologically safe composition make them suitable for direct food contact applications, while their robust construction also makes them Ideal for engineering workshops, fabrication environments and general industrial workstations.

Available in a range of colour-coded options to support food segregation systems and HACCP procedures, the boards are offered in multiple thicknesses and sizes to suit applications ranging from commercial kitchens and food manufacturing facilities to engineering and construction environments.
