Cree XLamp CXA1304 Series LED Arrays
The Cree XLamp CXA1304 LED array forms a part of Crees series of high-flux, multi-die arrays in a compact, easy to use platform. The CXA1304 LED integrated array delivers high lumen output and high efficacy within a single package which does not require reflow soldering. The devices compact, uniform emitting surface allows for both directional and non-directional lighting applications. Small-form-factor lighting applications are ideal for the CXA1304 including lamp retrofit and luminaire designs.
