Wurth REDCUBE SMT Power Elements - Shanks
REDCUBE SMT shank Power Elements that combine the advantages of SMT technology, compact size, and high current technology. These SMT power elements can be quickly assembled off the reel onto a PCB using automatic placement machines and reflow soldered which is both time and cost saving. The large area connection to the pad results in a low contact resistance and low self-heating and currents of up to 50A are possible. These SMT power elements also offer high holding forces and torques. The tin plating of these SMT shank power elements has been specially developed for the hot-air reflow technique. These power element shanks have a 7mm diameter and are available in two different formats. Please refer to datasheets for details.
