The VEMD2000 and VEMD2020 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in surface mount (SMD) subminiature packages with a black domed lens. They have both gull wing or reverse gull wing lead types. The VEMD2000 and VEMD2020 are high speed and high sensitive PIN photodiodes.
