4179 Universal AC / DC Transmitter

From PR Electronics, the 4179 universal AC / DC signal transmitter designed for measuring AC current and voltage signals and converting to a DC process signal. The 4179 is ideal for applications where there is a need for shunt and motor voltages or current for control and preventative maintenance, monitoring power lines, or a power supply. Featuring a built-in precision shunt resistor, the PR 4179 measures a maximum of 5A AC current, matching most current transformers on the market.
The 4179 universal signal conditioner offers the flexibility to meet the many demands of today’s industrial applications. The 4179 provides uni-/bipolar voltage or current outputs, and the current output can be active or passive. The wide selection of configurable output types makes it easy to connect to a wide variety of analogue input devices.
PR Electronics 4179 transmitter is designed according to strict safety requirements meeting the NAMUR NE21 recommendations, ensuring high accuracy in harsh EMC environments.
