Omron XS5C/G Series Pressure Welded Connectors
Omron XS5C/G pressure welded circular connectors are designed to be easy to assemble using the mininmal amount of tooling, wires from 26 to 18 AWG can be pressure welded, this is simply the self termination of the wires within an IDC recess as the connector is assembled together, there is a visual tightened position thus eliminating the need for torque tools. These circular connectors can handle cable diameters between 3 to 8mm, for 5 to 8mm cable remove the tabbed waterproof bushing in the rear of the connector.
