NCP Series NTC Thermistors, Size 0201, 0402, 0603 and 0805
NCP range of size 0201, 0402, 0603 and 0805 NTC thermistors with excellent long term aging stability and high accuracy in resistance and B-Constant value, sizes 0805, 0603 and 0402 have the same B-constant in the same resistance. These NCP series NTC thermistors have excellent solderability and are suitable for reflow soldering. Typical applications for these NTC thermistors include temperature compensation for for transistor, IC and crystal oscillators in mobile phones, temperature sensing for rechargable batteries, temperature compensation of LCD and temperature compensation in general electric circuits.
