Idealtek offers the most precise and comprehensive plastic tweezers range brought together from over 20 years experience engineering plastic materials. This range offers durable plastic tips used as a replacement part on your existing tweezers body. Typical applications include use in the electronic industry, watch-makers, jewellers and laboratory and medical applications in moderately aggressive chemical environments.

• PEEK (Polyether-ether-ketone) reinforced with carbon nano
• Very hard, rigid, high tensile and flexural strength, high wear resistance
• High heat capability (260-300°C), good dimension stability, low thermal linear expansion coefficient
• Excellent resistance to chemicals and aggressive agents, excellent resistance to thermal ageing
• ESD-safe material 10E6
• Typical applications include handling of components in cleaning/chemical/assembly processes also at high temperature (soldering)
