Cree XLamp CXA1512 Series LED Arrays
The Cree XLamp CXA1512 LED array falls into a family of high-flux multi-die arrays within a small, easy to use platform. The CXA1512 devices use lighting class reliability and deliver high lumen output and high efficacy within a single package; this eliminates any requirement for reflow soldering. A small, uniform emitting surface of just 9mm allows for both directional and non-directional lighting applications, for example lamp retrofit and luminaire designs. Alternative applications include GU10 LED bulbs and commercial downlights. The CXA1512 LED arrays are available in 2 step and 4 step colour consistency.
