What happened?
On XX June 2025 Boreo Plc received competition clearance to acquire, through its affiliates, Elfa Distrelec in Finland, and the sales activities of Elfa Distrelec in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from RS Group.
Boreo will now combine the acquired Elfa Distrelec Businesses with Boreo’s existing distribution arrangement with RS to create a new business: YE RS.

What does it mean for Elfa Distrelec customers?
RS will continue to serve existing Elfa Distrelec, Distrelec and YE customers through the expanded distribution agreement with Boreo, and the new YE RS business, backed by RS’ full product range and digital offer. YE RS will provide you with a significantly wider product offer, improved customer experience, operational efficiencies, and value-add services.
When can I start to buy through YE RS?
Now! You can place orders with YE RS either online or via the sales teams. The RS websites are operated in your local market by YE RS, as an authorised distributor of RS in Finland and the Baltics, and give you access to over 800,000 products from 2,500 trusted suppliers. The Elfa Distrelec sales teams have also now transferred and joined YE RS, allowing you to maintain relationships with your existing sales contacts who are on hand to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Can I login to the RS Latvia website with my current Distrelec Latvia login?
Yes. To make it easy for you, you’ll be able to login to the RS Latvia website with the same details as your Distrelec Latvia login.
Please note, if you are already registered on the RS Latvia website, you can continue as usual with your same login details.
What if I’m having issues logging into the RS Latvia website with my Distrelec details?

What will happen to my sales agreements or contracts?
Please contact your RS or Elfa Distrelec sales representative for questions or information about your sales agreements.
What will happen to my payment terms?
If there are any changes, we will contact you to discuss them.
I have eProcurement with Elfa Distrelec: what happens now?
With multiple procurement solutions consolidated with RS, we will continue to meet your needs. If you are an existing eProcurement customer, the RS team will be in touch to assist with a smooth transition. Until the Support Team gets in touch with you, you can proceed as usual.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
What will happen to orders currently in progress at Distrelec?
Orders will still be fulfilled by Distrelec.
What will happen to open invoices with Distrelec?
Open invoices will remain active and will be finalised through Distrelec.
Can I view my Distrelec order history on RS?
To avoid confusion, your Distrelec order history will not be displayed on RS. However, you can log in to your Distrelec account while the site is still active to view and monitor your current orders or contact Distrelec customer service.
If I have a Distrelec product code, can I find the equivalent on RS?
Distrelec product codes are visible and searchable on RS websites. We are here to help if you are having trouble finding what you want.
If I can't find a product I purchased from Distrelec on the RS website, what should I do?
RS wants to offer you the same wide range of products that you have always enjoyed with Distrelec. In case you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us and our Support Team will be happy to assist you.

How can I return an item purchased from Distrelec?
For all purchases made through Distrelec, returns will also be handled by Distrelec through the returns process.

Invoices are available for download in PDF format in the "Invoice Manager" section of your account, which remains accessible.
