Tektronix Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes MDO4000C Series with Spectrum Analyzer
The Tektronix MDO4000C Series offers up to 1GHz sample rate, whilst delivering debug features, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements with 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels. The MDO4000C uses an integral Spectrum Analyzer providing 9KHz-3GHz (suffix +MDO4SA3) or 9KHz-6GHz (Suffix +MDO4SA6) of spectrum acquisition. The spectrum analyser provides simultaneous synchronised acquisition of analog, digital and spectral signals, making them useful for incorporating wireless communications (IoT) and EMI troubleshooting.

Passive probe (1 per analog channel), front cover, accessory bag, installation and safety instructions, printed manual (English, French, Japanese, Simplified Chinese), power cord, OpenChoice® desktop software (on CD), calibration certificate
