Harwin Datamate J-Tek 3-Row PCB Header Connector

Datamate J-Tek Off The Shelf 3-Row PCB through hole mounting sockets with a compact 2mm pitch design that offer industry standard high reliability. These Datamate J-Tek 3-Row PCB headers are designed for military, aerospace and high end applications and are internationally utilised in COTS programs. The housings of these Datamate J-Tek PCB headers incorporate polarization features to prevent mis-mating and have mounting flanges with 3.5mm board mount jackscrews (vertical mount versions) or 5mm (right angle mount versions) for a secure connection to the mating socket connector and slotted nuts (vertical mount versions) or slotted bolts (right angle versions) for assembly to the panel mount jackscrew. The fully shrouded contacts of these Datamate J-Tek 3-Row headers are specially designed with a low insertion force and only require a mating force of 0.2 to 1N.
Typical applications for these Datamate J-Tek 3-Row connectors include aerospace and aeronautics, military, data & telecommunications, medical, handheld & industrial equipment, robotics, oil and gas.

2.0mm Harwin Datamate J-Tek Series

The Datamate range is ideal for applications where safety is key, the application is subject to high loads of vibration, shock and acceleration or operates in harsh environments. These Datamate connectors are highly durable and can withstand high numbers of mating cycles without any degradation in performance. This performance is made possible by Harwin’s use of High Reliability four finger Beryllium Copper contacts in the Datamate range. These contacts feature a 4 finger clip to ensure integrity of connection under the most severe conditions.
