Petzl ASAP mobile fall arrest device for rope, has a unique locking system and excellent fall protection working at height. In normal mode the ASAP moves freely along the rope, no manual intervention needed. If there is a shock or acceleration the ASAP locks on the rope and stops you plus it can be combined with the ASAP’SORBER energy absorbing lanyard to work at distances from the rope
