OSRAM IR OSLON Black Series IR LEDs
The high-power IR OSLON Black series of IR (infrared) LEDs, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, offer stacked power, a compact package and long lifetime. They are a family of small IR LEDs with more than 1 W of optical power. The IR OSLON Black devices feature the superior corrosion robustness of the OSLON Black series package. They offer high efficiency, low thermal resistance and wavelengths suitable for CMOS/CCD cameras. The OSLON Black series IR emitter is ideal for applications including: Infrared illumination for cameras, surveillance systems, traffic number plate recognition and toll systems, biometrics, night vision systems, touch screens and machine vision systems.
